Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and use of day charter services provided by Omare Yachting Ltd. (“Omare Yachting”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Cyprus, and the guest or customer (“you”, “the guest”). By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. You will receive a booking confirmation via email. All bookings are subject to availability. Omare Yachting reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified during the booking process. Full payment is typically required before the tour date. All prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include gratuities, which are entirely at the guest's discretion.

4. Cancellation by the Guest

Cancellations must be made in writing to the booking contact. The following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 14 days before the tour: full refund
• 7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the tour: no refund
• No-show on the day of the tour: no refund

5. Cancellation by Omare Yachting

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Omare Yachting accepts no liability for costs incurred due to cancellations under force majeure.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Arriving on time at the agreed departure point
• Following all safety instructions given by the crew
• Not bringing illegal substances or hazardous materials on board
• Treating the crew, vessel, and other guests with respect
• Ensuring children are accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times

Omare Yachting reserves the right to remove any guest from the vessel without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to the safety of others.

7. Liability

Omare Yachting carries appropriate marine and liability insurance. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss of belongings, or indirect damages unless caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. We strongly recommend guests take out personal travel insurance before their tour.

8. Minimum Age & Health

Children are welcome on board but must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Guests with relevant health conditions (including pregnancy) should consult their doctor before booking and inform us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline boarding on health and safety grounds.

9. Photography & Media

Omare Yachting may photograph or film tours for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you notify us in writing before the tour date. We will never share images of guests without explicit consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
